Are you a tech enthusiast who loves solving puzzles and helping people? The Priory Learning Trust is looking for a driven, technically - savvy 2nd Line IT Engineer to join our centralised team.   • Managing a Diverse Ecosystem: Supporting Microsoft, Apple, and Google devices to ensure learning never stops.
  • Infrastructure Impact: Assisting with network improvements and change control to keep our systems robust.
  • The Go-To Expert: Resolving complex technical issues for both staff and students with a focus on high-quality service.
  • Fleet Management: Handling repairs and warranties to keep our hardware at peak performance.

Are You the One?

We are looking for a teammate who is as good with people as they are with technology. You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • The Knowledge: At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused IT environment.
  • The Tech Stack: Deep understanding of modern OS, software, and hardware (plus a BTEC Level 3, Microsoft, or CompTIA certification).
  • The Drive: A valid driver’s license and your own car to move between our vibrant Trust sites.
  • The Basics: Strong literacy and numeracy (GCSE Grade C/4+ in English, Maths, and IT).
  • The Attitude: A passion for IT, a "can-do" spirit, and the ability to work brilliantly within a team.
