Worle Community School – An Academy is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivational individual to join our team. In this exciting role, you will support students in accessing the full range of school experiences and opportunities. Your primary focus will be mentoring Pupil Premium students and ensuring they receive the appropriate provision to help them thrive.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a positive and lasting impact on the lives of children and young people.

As part of this role, you will:

  • Support disadvantaged students by removing barriers to learning.
  • Monitor attendance, behaviour and attainment of disadvantaged students and support where necessary.
  • Communicate with staff, students and parents/carers to support disadvantaged students.

The successful candidates will have:
